The shredded beef tacos were hands down some of the best I've ever had: perfectly seasoned, tender, and bursting with flavor. The quesadillas were just as outstanding, loaded with delicious filling and cooked to perfection. "We’ve been coming to Pedro’s for many years now and have never been disappointed. They get you seated quickly and the servers are always very friendly. I think our server’s name at our last visit a couple of days ago was Jimmy or Jamie? and he was outstanding. He even wished my husband Happy Father's Day which was thoughtful. I ordered the cheese enchiladas which are always my favorite. My husband and I split the huge margarita which was very tasty! Pedro’s will always be our go to favorite Mexican restaurant."
